About Us

Grand Master Richard Na

Master Na Martial Arts is a traditional, professional school of self-defense and martial art education. Our programs for kids help your children get physically fit, achieve self-confidence, improve social skills and learn how to be safe! Our programs for adults provide physical fitness and self-defense with techniques ranging from traditional martial arts, kickboxing, and Krav Maga.

Our schools are headed by Grand Master Richard Na. Master Na has been teaching Taekwondo and martial arts for over 40 years. Grand Master Na is a licensed Kukkiwon 8th-degree black belt in Taekwondo. In addition, he holds a 5th-degree black belt in Hapkido. Master Na has training as a psychologist and uses his combined experience in mind and body to guide and develop students to their fullest potential.

We offer a curriculum that is rooted in tradition but balanced with contemporary and innovative teaching methods. Our facilities are clean and professional. Classes are offered all year round and will accommodate any schedule.

All of our schools are members of USA Taekwondo, USAT a member of the United State Olympic Committee, and AAU, the Amature Athletic Union. Our instructors go through Federal level background checks and are USAT and AAU coach certified. They are recertified every year and Safe Sport background checked every two years. Come and see the difference between our schools!

Master Kenji Campbell

Master Kenji Campbell began his martial arts journey in 2004 under the guidance of the late Master Lee Dong Pil, training with him until Master Lee’s passing in 2024. Over two decades, Master Kenji earned his 5th degree black belt in Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo and built a reputation as a fierce and thoughtful competitor. He became an internationally-ranked sparring athlete until a series of reconstructive knee surgeries pushed him to retire from high-level competition. Never one to sit still, he shifted his focus to competitive grappling, MMA, and kickboxing at the renowned AMC Pankration, while also carving out a side path as both a competitor and commentator in the esports world.

Master Kenji began teaching in 2011, finding a deeper purpose in helping students grow both on and off the mats. His approach blends technical precision with a heavy emphasis on empathy, self-awareness, and the steady development of physical skill and personal character. He believes martial arts should be a grounding force, noting: “Martial arts is the best tool that can help prepare us for a world constantly lobbying for our attention. It arms us with discipline, perseverance and self-respect.” Through that philosophy, Master Kenji aims to shape students who are not only strong martial artists, but also strong in character.
