How many times should I work out?

We recommend at least 3 times per week, with at least 1-2 rest days in between sessions for ultimate recovery & results.

How long will it take to see and feel results?

Endless Kickboxing is high intensity interval training, you will have results in week, not months, if done the recommended times per week.

Is Endless Kickboxing suitable for beginners?

Endless Kickboxing is performed at each individual's maximum intensity making it perfect for beginners.

We also train and strengthen injuries, such as knee or shoulder injuries.
